Article 30: Incentive Bonus Plan & Cooperative Partnership Agreement

Attached hereto and made apart of this Agreement, as Appendix H, is the Incentive Bonus Plan (IBP), and in Appendix I, is the Cooperative Partnership Agreement (CPA). These Plan’s objectives numerous, but are centrally designed to create an economic incentive for employees and the Company to improve and sustain as efficient an operation as is possible by recognizing and realizing employees skills and knowledge as they make valuable contributions through jointly determined and administered employee involvement and empowerment efforts designed to benefit all the Company’s stakeholders, and provide employees with greater work-life satisfaction and job security.

The IBP measures may be changed by the parties’ (the Company and the Union) written mutual agreement throughout the term of this Agreement, provided such changes are determined to be necessary by each party to meet the objectives of both the CPA and the IBP.
