Contract 2005

THIS AGREEMENT, which is effective April 1, 2005, is entered into by and between CASCADE STEEL ROLLING MILLS, INC., or its successors, for its plant located at 3200 N. Highway 99W, McMinnville, Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the "Company'') and the UNITED STEEL, PAPER AND FORESTRY, RUBBER, MANUFACTURING, ENERGY, ALLIED INDUSTRIAL AND SERVICE WORKERS INTERNATIONAL UNION, AFL-CIO, for and on behalf of its Local Union 8378 (hereinafter referred to as the "Union''). The term "successors'' as used herein shall mean any company owned or controlled by any of the persons who now own or have the right to control Cascade Steel. This contract supersedes all previous contracts or agreements.
